The team brings decades of OEM and operational experience from leading positions at GE, Mitsubishi Power, and other major power generation firms, with a proven track record of sourcing, engineering, and relocating power generation equipment at scale.

Steve has more than 18 years of power generation experience leading the development, design, delivery and start-up of complex power generation projects. At Argon Power Group, Steve leads our project execution team, overseeing the work required to move turbine assets from acquisition and reconditioning through delivery, installation and start-up.
For 11 years, Steve led Mitsubishi Power Americas’ Project Execution team, installing over 20 GW of gas turbine, steam turbine, generator and HRSG projects across North and South America. Prior to that, he worked in the Service business of Mitsubishi, including the relocation of power projects and the servicing of gas turbines.
Steve’s project execution experience includes gas turbine combined cycle, simple cycle and cogeneration projects, as well as reciprocating engines and battery storage. More recently, Steve’s team installed 1 GW of behind-the-meter gas turbine data center power projects.
Prior to his power generation career, Steve served 26 years in the U.S. Navy as a fighter pilot, test pilot and commanding officer.

Brian Spitz brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in financial management, strategic planning and operational finance. As CFO of Argon Power Group, he leads corporate finance, accounting and capital strategy, supporting disciplined investment and execution across the company’s power generation projects.
His experience includes senior financial leadership roles at Smithers, Mitsubishi Power Americas and American Tank & Fabrication. Brian has led global financial and legal operations, supported business acquisitions and integrations, and helped industrial organizations improve financial performance while pursuing strategic growth.

Tim’s career includes 25 years in power generation, including more than 10 GW of simple cycle and combined cycle gas turbine power contracts closed for Mitsubishi Power Americas.
Tim also led Mitsubishi’s team in Latin America for three years, where he gained valuable project management and field service experience.
